On the Telus Website: "Download ringtones, images, games, video and applications"
Sales Person: Bluetooth, Games Support, works great, it's a great phone.
When I Opened the Box: Thank you for purnchasing a Motorolla V710, at the current time there is no support for Java Applications such as games. A free update will be avaible early Feburary 2005"
When I used the camera: "Dear god this camera sucks... and why does the menu keep bugging"
When visiting HowardForums: "The update will include game support, as well as fix countless bugs"
In mid January 2005 while visiting the verizon section of HowardForums: "Nya Nya Nya Nya, we got our update, nya nya nya nya"
When phoning Telus Early Febuary 2005: "We have no record of a firmware update, contact your dealer"
When contacting my dealer: "We've heard nothing, you should contact Telus"
When I pointed out that I had: "I'll talk to my motorolla rep"
A few days later "She says mid feburary"
When in a shop a couple days ago: "We expect the update within days"
When calling Telus today: "You should talk to your customer care center"
When calling my costomer care center: "We've heard nothing from motorolla, you should talk to Telus"
When talking to Telus again: "You should talk to your customer care center"
When pointing out that I just did "Hold on let me call them"
Wait on hold for 10 minutes
When I come off hold: "I just spoke with them, call them back at the end of febuary"
