Not being familiar with the _entire_ mess, I'm not going to comment further. Part of why I'm here. I've got nothing to hide and in this case I am actually asking others to put their nose in my buisness. If anyone is anywhere near Harris county just asking to see the records and sitting in the court room with a stern look on their faces and holding a notepad taking notes would help me tremendously. I'm not asking for an upper hand or an undeserved advantage, I'm asking for equal consideration. That statue with the scales and the blind fold obviously wasn't present in the court room that day.
