CPS has been contacted, they called three days ahead of time to let her know they were coming. Pleanty of time to clean up. CPS only told us "We do not get involved in custody battles".
The wife, she's the one who lied about me. She attacked me with a knife and told the neighbors I attacked her. When she saw that my arms were bleading and she had no wounds herself, she planted evidence on herself saying I attacked her. I can prove I did not (though in the American system she should have to prove I did, not the other way). How I can prove it has to be kept under my hat until the next court date. The evidence though is in her hands. We both have the same evidence.
I have lots of other things on her to, I can't go into to much detail. I'm just hoping the fact there's a jury this next time will help, there's no way that many people can be convinced to leave a baby in a criminals hands vs. a spotless loving father. I don't know how the judge handed her over, especially considering the fact he could see both of our records, or my lack thereof. |
