That's exactly what they are there for. And to be honest, if everything you've said is true (and I have no reason to doubt it), they are likely to be the only ones who will help. Start with the local media and if they can't help you or don't list, go higher. Make this a spectacle...stand in front of the court house with a sign if you have to. Get this out and in the public because the light of day is the only way for people to see what's happening. KS
