(I'm sorry I have to say suspicions, I think it's required that one calls them that sort of thing)
Anyhow, have you sent them to child services/child welfare? I know that foster care isn't always a good thing, but it can't be any worse, can it (perhaps it can, I don't know your system)?
Just a thought.
That's a really tough situation. I hope you can get lots of support from various organizations and individuals. By the way, was your estranged wife able/willing to talk on your behalf? As someone who clearly doesn't like you that much, she might be the best witness you could ever call.
