at the end of the cruise then I'm jump for it. When I get my cert it cost about $200 for the class and then another $200 for my open water tests. In addition I had to buy the basics; mask, snorkle, fins, boots, and weight belt and weights. this came to well over $300. So if it is a true cert go for it.
From what you say it sounds like the real thing. Mine was a 2 day event, 4 hours each morning for classroom, and 4 hours in the afternoon for pool time. then later we had 4 open water dives over 2 days |
