Why is my monitor image jiggling? by Rattler 2005-02-11 14:10:15
It looks like the monitor is stuck in degauss mode. Its not the monitor (been replaced), it's not the computer (same issues with other computers), its not the power (ran a cord from another office.) There are no speakers. Does anybody else have any guesses?

There is something definitly wrong in my office... :(
