any apple geeks out there? by Arman X 2005-02-11 13:52:32
I'm trying to get appletalk working on a server, and while I believe I have it right, I can't see it from any apple machines. Of course, since I have very little idea what I'm actually doing, it does make it a bit hard (I've never played with macs before now).
So, any pointers? Is there a way I can see if the computers can see the server at all, other than using the little "chooser" whachamajigger? How do I get to the bloody terminal? Do these happy fun time machines even have PING?!? Ahem.

As a side note, I'm enjoying my new job. No, really, I am! Really!
