I had that problem on my Win2K machine a while back, too.. The first installation attempt tells you that there's out of date files and udpates them, and the second install attempt should actually install the program. YMMV, though, with Win2K being what it is... When I get back from my trip (going to see friends for the weekend), I'll post the executable, which should work if you have the vbrun dlls on your system (most systems have some version of them on there already)
