That's what the "out of court" settlements are for. How many times have you read about some case or other being "settled out of court for an undisclosed sum" and then all parties sign a gag order. Once you walk through those doors, everything is public record - inlculuding the names and addresses of all the involved parties. Even if the girls themselves kept quiet about it, the press would have had not problems at all hunting down everyone involved for a sound byte.
