That some of what has been said has been. People will try as they can be persistent. Also for all I know she can try appealing the earlier courts decision and try to go for damages again. I'm not sure on civil cases that way. But too they could just be going after some of the media hype type money possiblities. Or trying to sue the media to either refrain from publishing(publishing ban) or try to get them for what they've said or what they feel they have incited.
