on a whim, and I LOVE them. I no longer have to remember to chop veggies before meat, or spend mintues scrubbing the board between. Plus they dump into a pan so easily it is a dream for a semi-slutz like myself. Hmmm, Hubbies birthday is rapidly appraoching, maybe I shoud get him a good knife. We have the Henkel International which have served us for several years, but they are not holding an edge anymore. Think I'll look for that sharpener too.
