Possibly, not probably, at least from the info I currently have. I have no doubt that the CIA, MI-6 and other allied intelligence services have a pretty good handle on where these nuclear weapons are located.

I would love to have access to Jane's Intelligence Review for more info, but I don't have around a grand to burn. :-/
