I don't reckon my wrists are built like that. I'm fine with a traditional forend, but a vertical grip makes my left wrist ache at the thought of it. The closest I think I'd want to come is a forward-canted grip on the left side, like a Sten magazine - that, I can see improving "pointability", making snap unaimed shots a bit more accurate, but really, for aimed fire, the old-fashioned way works best for me.
