We've had cable (both TV and TCP/IP) outages for 15-30 minutes at a time roughly every couple of days here in Richmond. We just received a notice in the mail stating Shaw is "improving services in your area." Isn't that market-bs for "putting caps on the routers so you can't download big files anymore"?
