Yesterday I posted about Telus, and their seeming inability to get us our vital static IP addresses (we can't have the old ones, we need to be given new ones and they are even unable to do that). Today the story continues with them trying to 'switch us to a different location' and sporadic network outages and them assigning our mailserver an IP address which appears to be listed in every spam blackhole in existence.

My god. These people are the antithesis of knowledgable geeks. I'm willing to forgive a lot because I've worked on and managed helpdesks in the past, but they are causing extreme problems, in that our company is entirely based around net access and we can't get it or trust it.

My head is going to explode in a fine red and grey mist.
