When we were robbed, 't was "only" the almost-unused "cellar space" down in the appt block where they got into.
May have been my own fault: right before getting married, my to-be brother-in-law suggested he could replace the "gate" (wooden rails, almost haf of the surface covering entrance) by a "real door", which we accepted.
So now it seemed to be "a special cave" and ... got broken into.
Empty boxes, waiting for us to find another place, were left, some bottles of wine ... dissappeared, ALL of them. Of course, we found out when we were looking ... for a bottle to drink.
Since, nothing of "value" is stashed there any more.
But at least, our "living space" has been left morally intact. |
