That should work. The problem isn't with Evil Minion, it's with the arrogant cow-orker who knows he's being offensive but refuses to stop. tskelton's solution pushes the problem right back into the hands of the cow-orker where it belongs. In most businesses, tolerance for that kind of behavior is low because the risk of harrassment lawsuits is quite high. If EM's boss is not supportive of stopping offensive behavior, the company's HR department quite likely would be more helpful.
