"just" put a gas mask on before he enters your office? Well, he isn't smoking tobacco, it's hash. And while tobacco-smoking is expressly forbidden by company policy, the same CP doesn't mention hash ... so the boss won't interfere. I am not sure wether "ignore him" would work for the evil_minion, he can always ask.
