Can`t you just ignore the prick ? dig deeper into the client`s settings, maybe you can change something. but if now, just ignore that and take it as it is... I am sure at a certain point something will happen that will make him change his nickname, thus not bothering you anymore... I don`t think reporting that to the Boss will make you look good in the boss`s eyes, considering he has him on his IM list also... things could get ugly... just my oppinion...
