Say to the worker "oh so you'd not mind if my IM name says 'Nay hai f**cow'" Btw translation from my exhusbands families dialect means "stupid" but sounds like an offensive word in english with cow on the end. Actually full translation is "you are stupid" hehehe... (substitute Nay with the coworkers name giggle*) When the co worker looks at you odd(because it sounds like your saying in english "____(or you) hi [censored] cow") say "oh go find a chinese dictionairy... It's not offensive so as long as you keep yours I'll keep mine"(think of it as behaviour modification for twits)
