you see. It won't change the coworker, which is unfortunate, but at least then it won't have to bug you. If you don't have the authority to install a different program, mention to the boss that a name is particularly offensive and that you would appreciate being able to install a different program and/or have that person change his name to something less (accurate) offensive.
