I hate to say this, but you should stay up for at least 4 hours after the head hitting... you may knock be feeling like throwing up, but a light concussion is still possible. Drink your tea, and perhaps soak in the tub for a bit, but wait at least 4 hours after the head strike before sleeping.

If KS knows how, have him check your pupils for PEARL (Pupils Equal and Reactive to Light).
