The best website to go to check out a company is http://www.resellerratings.com. At their website I looked up 24x7pc.com and here is what I found. If you scroll down you will see several different people all with the same exact experience. Their rating is low (anything lower than 6 at resellerratings.com is pretty bad). As mentioned (and seconded by me) elsewhere - go to www.newegg.com and order from them. They have a VERY prompt shipping dept and pretty good prices.
