Fact is, that girl freakin' *scares* me, sometimes, which is what
I was trying to get across. May be enough in contact with reality
to take care of her kids' physical needs--more so even than most,
in fact; but totally clueless regarding their emotional and/or
developmental needs. Not a nurturing bone in her body, once the
kid gets old enough to have a mind of its own.
