with a fanatic at the helm (if you like to consider the US and its
actions in recent years in such a light) do not anarchy make.
Increasing scrutiny on the people, and making everyone jump through
even more hoops, despite the likelihood that it won't really help,
since it still relies on "the enemy" to "play by the rules" is not
even remotely anarchic. In fact, it is quite the opposite, in that
it is completely authoritarian.
I see your utopia is a one-world-government scenario. How can
you honestly believe, given humanity's track record, that this
would lead to anything but ultimate, unopposed despotism, soon
to be followed by widespread pogroms and outright genocide as
discontent leads to revolt, finally followed by the ultimate
collapse and collective self-immolation of human so-called civilization?
You really do have a pie-in-the-sky view of human mass behavior.
