The fairly-recently-aquired director of technology of a client asks, "What is our plan to keep our website and company in existence in case of a major disaster, like an earthquake?"

My response, paraphrased: "You're screwed. We've asked for approval for the creation of such a plan for literally years and it's consistently been put on the bottom of the priority list. If an earthquake happened, you might as well call a recruiter because you're out of a job".

I'm sure he's wondering why this is the case, but we are not responsible for setting priorities after we make it clear how important something is.
