The LART: --------- If a user is being difficult, and won't back down / apologise / etc... then a moderator could LART them. A larted user would be banned from posting or viewing the board for a short amount of time (like ten to twenty minutes or so), starting from when they next refresh after being larted. Instead of seeing normal ARS pages, a larted user would see (in BIG type) "YOU HAVE BEEN LARTED", an optional reason (if the moderator wished to give one), and a timer showing how much time is left for their larting. Perhaps a record of how often users are larted should be kept to determine serial offenders.
