call the insurance company & tell them about it then call the hospital & tell them that you informed the ins. company I got bill 3 years later on a hospital charge - I called them about it & they told me sorry - they shouldn't had sent it - then they did it again 2 years later - I called back & they said sorry - it was some problem in training a staff member - so do see what it is
