we dont have that here. Canada has the RCMP a national police force. We do not. The closest we have is the FBI and they have very strict limits on what they can and cannot investigate. For instance the RMCP can attend to many of the same duties as a local cop. Home invasion ect. The FBI doesnt even respond to police calls and doesnt have arrest powers unless in federal matters. Russia the NKVD has all the powers of the RCMP plus the powers of the FBI Plus the Powers of Homeland Security and control of the WMD's. England has Scotland yard and the Bobbies. Bobbies are a national police (They are the same everywhere) and Scotland yard is very similar to the FBI.
