It would assign the pointer reference of salary_sucks to threshold assuming they are of the same object type and that statement would return true. IF they are not of the same object type it would not compile. goto would be assigned the return value of the method com() in the object dice. The else block would never be executed because the assignment statement in the if statement returns true always. The end needs a semicolon to compile.
