First of all Clinton *did* "make war" (hello Iraq and Yugoslavia). It may not have been for a protracted period of time by comparason, but still it voids your point none the less. Secondly Clinton didn't have to deal with an all out attack on US soil (note that I am not saying Iraq had anything to do with 9/11) as Bush did. If Clinton where to have been in office for that type of attack I'm sure he would have dont very similar (if not exactly) things.

"Make love, not war" is nothig more than idiotic propaganda that makes no sense and has no bearing on real life. When you are faced with certain death, destruction, or harm making love (in either the Clinton/Lewinsky or the Barney The Purple Dinosaur sense) will do zero good.
