Janet Reno is the one who Authorized Starr to look into the Paula Jones/Perjury mess along with the Whitewater fiasco. This wasn't just a witch hunt, but it sure made the U.S. look silly.

I still say Clinton could have avoided the whole thing if he had simply told the truth. It's not like anyone would have been surprised, and some people would have likely given him a standing ovation for it. At least until they saw what Monica Lewinski looked like.
