You can try and sweep it under the carpet but it'll still be there. It's an extention of our natural urge to breed so the idea of completely eradicating is is a non-starter. The whole Janet Jackson thing would be hilarious to me, were it not for the vaguely frightening response to it. She accidentally showed her nipple? So what? Her reaction at the time should make it abundantly clear that it was an accident, so the idea that new legislation needs to be passed against it is completely illogical. As for the European attitude to nudity, you should probably check the story stored as "1/hi/entertainment/music/4241069.stm" on the news.bbc.co.uk server as the've used a freeze frame of the mind-scarring incident. There's also a picture of Paul McCartney which is considerably scarier.
