cause the legal systems are different. The President, in front of the nation, said: I Did NOT have Sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinski. He did. He LIED, Directly. He also lied in his testimony to the grand jury. He was found Not Guilty, he is NOT innocent. Legally, he may have gotten off, factually, he DID get off, ethically and morally he was bankrupt.

He has a pattern of using his office and position to convice people under his influence into compromising positions.
