There is a flap going on here at the University involving a poster advertising DVDs. The model, obviously naked from the waist up, is covering her breasts with two DVD cases. A bit risque? Maybe. Crass? No. But a few whacktivists have launched a crusade to have the poster banned.
I saw more when I spent my weekends at the beach.
Personally I prefer the European attitude on this. Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction wouldn't even have raised an eyebrow. Topless women are actually the norm. Last I heard they have fewer cases of teen pregnancies and STDs than us "puritans" here in the U.S. |
