I've not been in a store in recent memory that had them out in the open for young children to page through. THAT needs attention.Here, AFAIK, they're in tinted bags with just the titles showing, usually behind the front counter or on the top shelves of the magazine rack within sight of the front counter. and that's where they're not in a seperate room.
I would say that it is your personal responsibility to educate your child and steer them away from those temptations. That and a letter of outrage complete with pictures and evidence.
again, retailers' choices do not damn the whole industry. |
