And yet it continues to spread during that time. The dormant period of HIV is UNBELIEVABLE. My sister got it from a man who was tested and found to be "clean". She is now dead - he is still alive... though he just recently came out of dormancy and is beginning the descent to his eventual death. Banning AIDS-infected workers is a mute point in that case. And condoms aren't a guarantee on preventing the spread of HIV. Rachel
