I think you can substitute the rice flour with the	by chaotic	2005-02-08 06:37:08
multi-grain wheat free flour mix. should make no difference. I think you don't need to add the flour when using a non-stick pan. But it tastes different if you cook your chicken with of without a flour coating. Anyways, add enough oil or butter to the pan, that prevents the chicken form sticking, too.
