but I might have a solution for you. Grigsoft has got two good tools: SynchronizeIt - directories and archives synchronization CompareIt - file comparing and merging The best of it: you only need one licence to use them both, and SynchronizeIt can use CompareIt to show you the differences between the two versions. I use them both very often to check different deployments in our project.
