Those require change-bids, which can't be negotiated, since you've already written the code. That's where the real money is. I once had a project I bid for $7.5k US. It ended up being over $20k US when the changes got done - and I wasn't raping them, they just kept making changes. Many of which had been changed before I showed up on site but the project manager hadn't been told. I miss the days when I was rich.
