Does anyone use R (statistics)? by Control 2005-02-08 00:48:02
I've been doing some geostatistic models in R, and I know that you can write scripts, as .r files. Running them by marking the commands, and choosing -> run from the menu also works fine, but there must be a way to call a script from the R command line. For example, I have a script called rvario.r which is in the same directory R starts in. How can I call that script? I scoured the help files for 'script','run','execute', and have found nothing.
