as a sarcastic question was a bit much. You could've just taken it at face value and supplied the overlooked information ("Merlin was replying to MrTrick. He didn't mean you.") without passing judgement. This from yesterday was phrased the same way-- it comes out sounding pretty nasty-- and could give a person the impression you were just waiting for the guy to do something you could pounce on. I hope this is just one of those "not realizing how it looks in print" things, but in print it looks like you could use to cut down on the meow factor here.
