in. I've never tried that (only ever used it with .so files in Linux).

But Dependency Viewer should be at Programs -> Microsoft Visual Studio (6.0?) -> (Microsoft?) Visual Studio Tools -> Dependency Viewer on the start menu, or somewhere under the \Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\ directory. It's named depends.exe, if you need to search for it.
