Who was Woody Allen talking about when he said... by swisscheese2005-01-27 15:03:21
Bush, according to these. by Ravenlock 2006-11-19 12:55:59
I got this one with the search terms ("woody allen" "keenly developed" moral bush).

I didn't start by putting Bush in, though - my first search was ("woody allen" "keenly developed" moral "talking about"), which yielded this:
Woody Allen, picking up on Bush’s apparent lack of education had this to say, "His lack of education is more than compensated for by his keenly developed moral bankruptcy."
Neither of them constitutes proof by any means, but that's the best I can find.
