They are a bunch of Anal Dwelling Butt Monkeys! I get this notice today that they are not covering my supplies for my insulin pump, to the tune of $6,672! They claim the supplier dropped from my plan at the beginning of November, 2 weeks before the supplier billed them and that there was nothing they could do. I talked to the supplier and they confirmed that they were not dropped and that the insurer made a mistake. I am holding a letter in my hand that states that they were not to be dropped. After nearly 6 hours of calling and talking to idiots, it sounds like they are finally reinstating the company and are going to resubmit the bill. _{grumble...grr...}
