issue. In canada it isn't considered hacking unless it does $5000 worth of damage either to equipment, work, or person. If monitary damage hasn't been caused they may well not prosecute. I know because I had someone breech my system years ago and the person cyber stalked me and several friends. One friend checked with the RCMP about it.
