When we first got it, we had to haggle and haggle and haggle and haggle until we had it down to a minimal system. Within two years, our data has tripled, and I've been hesitant to ask for more money, given the headache it was the first time through. But I just had a meeting with certain powers that be, and they now realize that we don't really have a choice but to spend a respectable amount of money to have a more than minimal system. Especially as we've just been audited and especially as we're planning to double our data again within a year.
