So, there you are, innocentrly sitting somewhere when you notice there's an open WAP.
MikeCDN supports as ethical the idea of placing a file in the person's startup folder telling them their machine is insecure.
I say that it is illegal ADN unethical because to do so, you have acessed their netework, and PC and left a file behind.
The greyer area is something like netsend, or etc.
Thoughts?
Please avoid the public sniffing or accessing of insecure WAPs here. There's a thread below from whence all of this sprang.
