When I'm not on the road. That is, I work from home two days a week. It's a real trade off to be sure, but I decided that I'd rather make that trade then raise my kids in the city. They are watched during the day by family, so I feel better about it than if I was leaving them with a stranger. They get to play with their cousins all day.
